PROGRESS ON CryENGINE

This week has been difficult with CryEngine. I have to go to the labs to do my work on CryEngine which means I have to save it on an external hard drive or USB. It seems that whenever I come back to the labs and open up a previous version of my work the terrain surface disappears. In addition, everything takes ages to load and appear on the Engine. When I use Fraps to capture  images of my work, the whole screen starts flickering and the screen turns red.  One of my friends suggested that this is happening because of the terrain size is large. I haven't yet gone and shrunk the size of my terrain, but hopefully that will do the trick.

Although progress on CryEngine has been extraordinarily slow, I've progressed further with my concept for experiment 3. In my previous post, I looked at Japanese metabolism and finally felt that I had a little bit of direction with the bridge. I've came up with an initial idea - but I need to ask Jacky about it.

With the textures, they're still coming along...
